In today's technologically advanced society, it's frustrating to reach out to management and having to leave a voicemail which does not get returned, or send an e-mail which goes unanswered. We offer a customer-service-oriented approach where we strive to have a live person answer phone calls to the main business line 100% of the time and all e-mails responded to on the same business day or within 24 hours. Although we work closely with Boards in supporting all administrative spheres of HOA management, we also recognize that dues-paying owners need personal attention to any issue as well.
TRANSPARENCY
Our accounting team formulates easy-to-read custom financial reports for the Board of Directors and owner statements for homeowners. All owners have online access to their HOA account and the Board of Directors have elevated access to HOA day-to-day financial reporting, open customer service tickets, status of board requests and more. Owners and Boards have access to their dedicated online portal where they can check account balances, make payments, submit maintenance requests and download any HOA documents custom to your community.
